A typical plan may look something like this:
- Initiate & maintain contact with clients, agents, escrow officers, pest
inspectors, building inspectors, appraisers, and work order contractors.
- Invite all parties to the transaction to participate online, allowing archival
of all correspondence.
- Maintain all closing related paperwork and contracts and order
necessary documents as requested.
- Follow up with Closing Attorney, Loan Institution and Appraiser,
regarding inspections, loan information, property appraisal and title
documentation.
- Ensure all contingencies are cleared, each deadline is met & all
documents are in order prior to closing.
- Maintain sense of urgency to meet aggressive production goals.
- Ensure all documentation and necessary forms are prepared for the file
prior to closing.
- Perform responsibilities as directed within determined time frames and
with a high degree of accuracy, quality and professionalism.
- Safeguard sensitive and confidential Company information. Maintain
confidentiality in all company matters.
- Keep all parties apprised of the status of the sale and ensure everyone
is aware of and prepared to play their role in the transaction.
We're familiar with many online transaction coordination systems such as
Settlement Room, but we can also work with your own proprietary or in-house
systems easily.
